Teaching adult ESL (English-As-A-Second-Language) and yoga is a daily reminder that the manner - intonation, rhythm, cadence, inflection - of our expressions determines how a message is interpreted or received.  Influencing action and curating an anticipated outcome; whether that be an voice project, yoga class, or English lesson is the goal.
