My wish for you is to find rest

By reestablishing the lost connection to your Source and fostering a healthy, loving relationship with yourself, we break repetitive patterns of behavior on a cellular level to create lasting shifts. Approach Yoga Nidra with a curious mind and open heart.  Allow yourself access to your highest self-expression and purpose. Revamp, restore, and recover from past experiences which have created problematic patterns in your waking life through deep, restorative rest. Consciously create productive habits by planting your intentions in the calm mind and subtle body.

My discovery and fascination with the various states of consciousness began with me quitting smoking. I promised myself I would stop once I finished my degree. Already having discovered the of power of hypnotherapy at university, I worked with a Doctor in San Diego. I quit after one session and got hooked on the power of the mind to shift behavior.  I continued to work with the Doctor on various issues such as eating habits, stress relief, and trauma recovery. I also continued to study deep relaxation and guiding techniques, which eventually led me to the practice of YN. My physical yoga practice began accidentally in a heated vinyasa flow class. I had never experienced anything like it and fell in love. Many years and +500 Yoga Teacher Training hours later I am committed to the power of all yoga modalities.

During my 200 hour YTT I concentrated on YN.  During my 300 hour YTT I knew YN was the area of my practice on which I needed to focus. I have since completed the Yoga Nidra Conference Course (2019) filmed at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, which brought together internationally recognized teachers from a wide range of traditions.

I have a regular weekly in-person class schedule. Online I offer guided YN sessions. First-hand experience is the best teacher.
